Arsenal. A gallery of architecture as a way of talking about oneself
Arsenal is a real estate developer with an architectural mindset and a mature visual language.
The new office project was not merely a relocation for the company, but an opportunity to capture its philosophy in space: through rhythm, silence and composition.
Our task at Brandson TSN was to create not an interior, but an architectural statement. An environment in which the Arsenal brand speaks without words: through light, structure and detail. Every element of the office is not decoration, but meaning. The space became not a backdrop, but part of the brand's communication system.
Arsenal is one of the key players in St. Petersburg real estate development. More than 25 years on the market, dozens of completed projects, and a reputation as creators rather than contractors. After many years in its office on Italyanskaya Street, the company is moving to Vasilievsky Island, to a building with character and history.
This move is not about a change of location. It is a transition to the next level: visual, symbolic, internal.
The task was to create a space that is not merely comfortable, but one that speaks.
About the brand. How it works. What it values.
We have 13 years of collaboration with Arsenal behind us. We know that for this team, architecture is not a form but a system of meanings. Every building is a statement, not just an address. What matters is not only what is built, but how it fits into the context of the city.
We held a series of meetings with the architects and the management team to clarify:
— What role the office should play within the brand
— What is important to convey to partners and employees
— What emotions the space should evoke
— What in the Arsenal brand is read through visual elements
The key insight: the new office is not a headquarters, it is a living exhibition. Not a stage set, but a continuation of the company's architectural philosophy.
Concept: the office as a gallery.
Not in a metaphorical sense, but literally.
This is not just a stylish interior. It is a curated space in which every detail is arranged as part of an exhibition.
The silence of the background, the expressiveness of the objects, light as an instrument.
This approach emphasises the main point:
Arsenal is not about business centres. It is about architecture that converses with the city.
"A project like this cannot be conceived alone. It is born only in dialogue: when the brand is mature, the architecture is meaningful, and the team is engaged. Our task was to help bring all of this together into a single system." — Ksenia Filippova, Brand Director, Brandson TSN
We built the interior according to the logic of a visual narrative:
— A neutral environment — walls, floor, ceiling — with no visual pressure. The space works like a blank sheet.
— Accents — conceptual panels, tactile materials, art objects, designer furniture. All of it with meaning.
— Light — multi-layered: spot, diffused, directional. It does not illuminate — it guides. It builds rhythm.
— Transparent partitions — they do not fragment, they unite. Visual integrity matters more than formal structure.
Every zone works as an exhibition.
The office ceases to be merely a space — it becomes a medium: it tells, persuades, broadcasts.
Result:
— The new office became a statement: it speaks the language of the brand, but does so through space.
— The team feels it is in an environment created according to the same principles by which Arsenal's projects are created.
— Partners read it clearly: the company is mature, visually literate, with a precise architectural mindset.
— The space became a point of contact in which nothing is accidental — only what has been selected and thought through.
